In 1978, tax consulting office s&w was established by registered tax consultant Guenther Schuetze in Juechen, Germany, and currently serves – with a team of 12 tax and financial experts – numerous small-to-medium sized companies, freelancers and private individuals. Günther Schuetze will remain at your side as Senior Advisor for the foreseeable future.

Effective 1 January 2019, Guenther passed on leadership to his successor, tax consultant and German MBA, Thomas Wirtz. Thomas brings in 18 years of experience at Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services business in Europe, Asia and Australia, during the last five years as Partner / Director. Thomas – together with the team – will continue to offer independent tax and business consulting services to existing and new clients.

The regional vicinity to our clients will be complemented by consulting services to international clients.

While regional vicinity to clients remains focus of our tax consulting office, we offer services to international clients, especially from Asia, who intend to invest in Germany or have already done so.
